Soft Boiled Eggs


  • 2 eggs
  • water


  • Fill a pot with enough water to cover the eggs. Bring the water to a boil.
  • Once the water is boiling, use a spoon to gently lower the eggs into the water.
  • Cook uncovered for 5 minutes. I recommend using a timer.
  • Use a slotted spoon to carefully remove the eggs from the water and run them under cold water.
  • Peel and enjoy!
