DIY Clay Foot Mask

Servings: 1 serving
- 1/4 cup bentonite clay
- 4 tbs brewed green tea room temperature
- 3 tbs aloe juice
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 1 tbs water
Mix all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well. The mixture gets thick.
To use: using your hands, cake the mask onto the bottoms of your feet (and around your toes if you wish). Make sure all areas are covered. Let sit for fifteen minutes until fully dried.
Start by scraping the excess clay off your feet (as much as you can to save your drains!). Then, rinse in warm water.
