Marinate the steak. In a large container. Whisk together the steak marinade and pour over the steak chunks.
Let sit for a minimum of twenty minutes up to 24 hours.
Once the steak is ready, heat a large pan over medium to high heat. Once heated, add in the steak. Cook the steak until no longer pink, mixing frequently. Do not overcook!
Drain the grease and remaining sauce and set the steak aside.
Next, heat the 1 tbs of oil in the pan, slightly over medium heat. Add in the garlic and cook 2-4 minutes until fragrant. Whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Add the broccoli and onion into the pan and pour the sauce overtop. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 10-12 minutes until broccoli is desired consistency.
Uncover, add the beef back in and cook for another 2 minutes for all the flavors to absorb. Portion into two dishes, top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
