Chocolate Pecan Fudge
A chocolate fudge recipe that will leave you wanting more! This six-ingredient chocolate fudge is made using paleo chocolate chips and healthy fats. It comes together quickly and stays solid at room temperature. Truly, it makes the perfect indulgence when a chocolate craving hits!

- 1 cup paleo chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 8 pecans for topping (full not chopped)
In a small pot combine the chocolate chips, almond butter, and coconut oil. Heat over low heat and stir frequently until everything is combined.
Once chocolate chips are melted. Remove from heat and stir in the sea salt and the chopped pecans. Portion into silicone muffin cups and top with a full pecan (if you choose). Place in the freezer to set for 30minutes.
Makes 8-9 cups depending on size.
