Hey all! I have some big news to share! I have been working on another cookbook! Earlier this year, I signed a publishing contract with an amazing publisher out of Boston, Page Street Publishing. They are the same guys (& gals) that published my friend, Diana’s awesome book, Paleo Breakfasts and Lunches On the Go.
We have been moving along… writing, researching, testing and photographing! We are now in the final stages of the editing process. I am beyond excited to share this book with you. I love every single recipe in it and I hope you will too!
I teamed up with my friend, Amy Kubal, RD on this project. She has written all kinds of helpful information to help you get started and be successful on the Paleo diet. I am also honored to have my friend, Liz Wolfe of Cave Girl Eats write the foreword to my book.
The Paleo Foodie Cookbook focuses on fresh, organic, farm-to-table style cooking with lots of ethnic influence. The sections include appetizers, entrees, sides, salads, soups and sauces. There is no dessert section because developing dessert recipes is really not my strong suit.
