One day – B, new baby & I, will get around the world tickets and travel for months! For now, I’ll just be traveling to Southern California for work, and some play. I will most likely be MIA from the blog for the next 10 days or so. My schedule will be packed with work stuff and I’ll have to spend any free time I have writing my cookbook and testing recipes. In the meantime, you should try my curried chicken salad – it is seriously the best thing I have made in awhile! I am kind of addicted. While I travel, I’ll make sure to take photos and notes on the foods I eat and share those with you when I get back.
Now to the good stuff… Who won this amazing giveaway!?! First off thanks to everyone for participating. I love seeing how much excitement exists at the chance of winning paleo books!
A HUGE congrats to Christine H. for winning The Paleo Solution, Well Fed, Paleo Comfort Foods & Toadally Primal Smoothies! She’s been contacted via e-mail.
4 additional winners have won the awesome e-book, Toadally Primal Smoothies. If you are one of these peeps, contact me at arsy@rubiesandradishes.com & I will get you your copy asap!

Also wanted to say a quick hello & welcome to all my new readers! Feel free to comment or email me any time. I love hearing from you! If you are new to paleo, you can find my take on the basics here.
This was a crazy week and I didn’t get a chance to keep up with my blog-roll as well as usual, but here are are a few great posts that I came across…
Okay, this is actually from the week before, but I just had a chance to read it. It has great info on natural beauty care!
This was one of the few articles that I was able to carve out time to read this week. It was important to us to understand the facts about raw-milk, since we purchase it regularly.
How cool is this? The awesome folks of Paleo Plan, are starting a movement to help implement paleo options in restaurants – they’re calling it We Want Paleo.
Have a great weekend, everyone!

I would LOVE to travel around the world…have always wanted to. See more of Europe and see New Zealand with a campervan!
We actually just did our first “big” trip with our son (20 months) and it was so much better than I thought it would be! We went to Amsterdam & Paris for 10 nights, and it was pretty easy and we did more than I thought! Ben was so well-behaved and we all had the best time. Good luck with traveling once baby arrives! It can definitely be done 🙂
