Indyanna surprised us with an early arrival! Brooke & I have been having an incredible time getting to know our sweet baby girl. Our days are filled with snuggling, nursing and just observing our baby in awe while she does all those cute little newborn things like stretch her arms and root around for food.
Being a mom has been absolutely amazing. I didn’t know I was capable of feeling this much love, so instantly. We are trying to enjoy every moment with our little one right now, so most likely I won’t have a chance to blog over the next couple of weeks. Plus, I haven’t been cooking between our wonderful friends bringing us home cooked meals and Brooke Q-ing up the 40lbs. of Morris Grassfed Beef in our freezer right now. I’ll be back at it, once we get a little settled around here.

You are right to enjoy every moment . . . it passes so quickly! My youngest is about to turn 30 . . . and yet I can still remember sitting in the dark in the middle of the night listening to my quiet household and the sound of him nursing. Good times. Congrats.
