A chocolate fudge recipe that will leave you wanting more! This six-ingredient chocolate fudge is made using paleo chocolate chips and healthy fats. It comes together quickly and stays solid at room temperature. Truly, it makes the perfect indulgence when a chocolate craving hits!
Embrace indulgences with this easy chocolate fudge! It’s loaded with healthy fats to keep the sugar rush at bay and is as decadent as anything store-bought. This chocolate fudge recipe is perfect for:
- A mid-afternoon pick me up
- Curbing a chocolate craving
- Serving to friends and family
When it comes to the holidays, simple is best. While everyone wants to indulge a bit more than normal, no one wants to spend extra time in the kitchen!
This is why no-bake desserts are some of my favorite. They’re simple, come together quickly, and are as indulgent as any other dessert!
Plus, the chocolate fudge can be made as thick or as thin as you like. If the treat is made for kiddos, I’d recommend smaller serving sizes and vice versa.
And while the fudge recipe is sugar-based (made from Paleo chocolate chips which is what keeps it solid at room temperature), it is heavily fat-based.
This means that though there will be a bit of a sugar rush it’ll be slightly taken down and released more slowly thanks to the fats. The almond butter and coconut oil not only keep the recipe decadent, but healthy too.
Don’t have pecans on hand? Not to worry, any nut will work. We’ve used this chocolate fudge recipe with:
- Chopped almonds
- Hazelnuts
- Pistachios
If serving them for others, having them ready on cupcake liners is the perfect way for everyone to grab and go.
Make The Fudge Into Gifts
Another option is to gift your friends and family some of the chocolate fudge! Just like caramel popcorn, the chocolate fudge can be portioned, stored, and gifted.
Personally, I would keep the fudge in the freezer until you’re ready to gift it. Then, stack the fudge in cupcake holders and wrap them in cellophane with a ribbon. Simple and definitely thoughtful.
The Best Way To Indulge In The Fudge
This chocolate pecan fudge also makes the perfect addition (with some creamy, homemade hot chocolate) to a family movie night. It’s sweet with an added crunch, indulgent, and a hit with kids. Plus, the fact that it stays solid at room temperature means a little bit less mess.
Whip up a big batch and keep the cups on hand in the freezer for the season.
When you’re ready to eat them, simply put them into the fridge overnight or let them sit at room temperature on the counter until they thaw. They’ll be creamy, decadent, and full of chocolate perfection.
An indulgent treat that is a win with everyone. This easy chocolate fudge is the perfect addition to your Holiday cheer. So, switch up the cookie intake this year for a healthy-ish alternative: fudge!
