There will be an additional giveaway for my newsletter subscribers this month! One lucky reader that has opened my newsletter will randomly be selected to win a Paleo cookbook!

I read all of your comments on the May giveaway post. I hear you – the top 3 prizes that you would all LOVE to win are a Vitamix, Le Crueset Dutch Oven, and Excalibur dehydrator. I can see why! These are all amazing kitchen tools to have! They are out of the budget of my little blog at this time, but I do hope to grow large enough to include these in future giveaways!

For June, I will be giving away a Le Creuset Enameled Cast-Iron 9-Inch Skillet with Iron Handle (thanks to everyone that voted on facebook!), plus a copy of my cookbook, The Paleo Slow Cooker. This skillet won’t just help you make delicious eggs and bacon, but it will look beautiful on your stove too!

    Fennel is my favorite, followed closely by the Marseille and the Caribbean colors. If you scroll down and look at the pictures of the skillet in action, there is a purple color that is fabulous!

    i would love marseille or caribbean . all the pieces i have are from garage sales and thrift stores. so i never have gotten to chose a color of my choice!!! my french oven is losing it’s enamel ever so slowly inside from being used so much. great for rice cooking. the yellow is pretty too. love le cruset.
