To celebrate the launch of my new cookbook, The Paleo Foodie (which hits shelves today!), I have teamed up with Magimix to bring you their multifunction food processor and I am also going to include a signed copy of my new book!
This machine is a beast! It has a commercial grade motor! It comes with 3 bowls – 6-cup, 12-cup, 16-cup. This thing slices, grates, kneads dough, mixes batters, whisks egg whites and has juicing capabilities! I’ve had it for a few weeks and I have been using it almost daily. I wish I had this when I was writing my book… I would have saved myself hours days in the kitchen!
I recently used it to make these fish tacos and this chocolate roulade from The Paleo Chocolate Lover’s cookbook. Just FYI, to make the fish tacos, use the same batter and instructions as my Paleo Chicken Tenders. So so good!
I even found a permanent home for my Magimix on my counter. If you have been to my house, you know that this is a big deal! My kitchen is teeny tiny, with very limited counter space. I don’t even have a dishwasher and there is not even room for one. And you all know how much I cook! So for me to give up my precious counter space for a kitchen appliance, it has to be something that I use ALL the time. The only other things that make it out are my coffee maker and my Kasandrinos olive oil (aka the best olive oil ever)!
