Paleo Goodie Bag Giveaway!

I had my cookbook release party this weekend! It was so much fun. I wish you could have all been there. I was besides myself with the amount of support I received from my Paleo blogger friends, many of them came into town from San Francisco (which is a good hour and a half away!) and a couple of them even came all the way from Sacramento! Michelle Tam of Nom Nom Paleo even stopped by on her way to Spring Break! My dear friend and professional photographer, Taryn Kent, came all the way from San Diego to take photos (that I can’t wait to share with you)! You might remember her from my maternity shoot and the header of this blog.

A huge thanks to Whole Foods Santa Cruz! This event truly couldn’t have happened without their support. They provided all of the food and a $50 gift card for the raffle. Whole Foods just opened in Santa Cruz a few years ago and they have been a great addition to our real food community. Chef Ty of Front Street Kitchen cooked up all of the food and made recipes from The Paleo Foodie and The Paleo Foodie Dinner Party!

Barnana: Organic Chewy Banana Bites is a favorite snack in our household! Indyanna can devour a pack in one sitting, no problem. Good thing the only ingredients are organic bananas. They are so tasty! They taste like candy. Everyone got a pack to try in the goodie bags. You can buy them online or at your local health food store.

Steve’s Paleo Goods

Steve’s Paleo Krunch Bar is just about the best thing that ever happened to Paleo. These things are so delicious! I could have eaten all 50! My husband who rarely likes “Paleo-ified” foods … chowed down 2 bars in a row before I could stop him and tell him they weren’t for us! These are great to have on hand when you are traveling or are having a busy day and need a quick bite to eat. I have found that having Paleo friendly foods ready to go, makes it much easier to stay on track. You can order the bars from their website.
