60+ Five Ingredient (or less) Paleo Recipes
I am more of a 10 ingredient gal myself. I am just a big fan of bold flavors and spending time in the kitchen. But, more and more lately I find myself looking for simple recipes to make. Between, work, parenting and the holidays, I feel like a chicken with my head cut off most days. I imagine most of you relate!
Too many days lately, 5 PM is fast approaching, I have a hungry toddler and haven’t even thought about dinner yet. I decided to tap into some of my favorite bloggers and make a big list of Paleo recipes that require 5 ingredients or less!
I have collected entrees, breakfasts, veggies/sides, snacks, sauces and even treat recipe that only require 5 or less ingredients! I hope you find this list as useful as I have! Enjoy!

Hi Arsy, Thanks for including my Honey + Coconut Oil Roasted Figs. I love the 5 ingredient or less concept; if you’re using seasonally fresh, quality ingredients, simple is always better {and easier, and faster too}! Lots of love to you this holiday season friend,XO SHERRIE

Thank you so much for ordering my book! It is really meat heavy, I remember you don’t eat much meat, right? But, there is a small veggie section.

Nice list! Thanks for all of the recipes. I have to admit though I have never heard of making pancakes out of bananas and eggs. hmm.

What an awesome list of recipes! I’m a Certified Holistic Health Coach & one of the assignments I give my clients is to find “X” number of crock pot meals & “X” number of sub 30 minute meals, all whole food based, of course. This is definitely going on my recommended list. Thanks for putting this together.

Thanks for this list! I truly dislike cooking and food prep in general, and due to allergies I must eat fairly plain anyway (I have to mostly avoid spices and herbs, but I do enjoy the natural flavor of foods). All I do is simple and basic – the bare minimum to get by. This really helps!
