Ditch the store-bought, sugar-laden plastic bags of candy corn this Halloween, and make your self this seasonal treat instead! This candy corn panna cotta is not only delicious, it also makes a great presentation! Dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free and refined sugar-free, so you don’t have to feel bad about tucking into a festive favorite. These make fantastic party desserts, and are suitable for most food-sensitive diets.
The star of this dish is probably the Sprouts brand coconut milk. I’m a huge fan of coconut milk in most of my recipes, and it helps to give this candy corn panna cotta its fluffy, light texture.
This panna cotta dish is a festive and healthy Halloween dessert! It is easy to make, but it does take time for the layers to set, so make it ahead of time for a seasonal treat.
